The worst I know of was a wallet I got for Christmas.

Didn't use it immediately, as my previous wallet still had life in it.

But finally it gave up the ghost, after ten years+ of service.

The West Ham one lasted less than ten weeks.

It was plastic-covered cloth, although it had the leather mark on it
